The Waste and Recycling Fund receives revenue from property taxes, the sale
of City trash bags and monthly fees for the use of trash and recycling carts and
uses those proceeds to provide for the collection of residential trash and
recyclable material, grass and leaf collection, and operation of the recycling
center.
