The Parking Fund receives revenues from payments for parking credits which
are purchased by commercial property owners to meet zoning ordinance
requirements under Section 5.195 of the Zoning Ordinance.
In addition, proceeds from the sale of parking lots have also been deposited in
this fund.
The use of these funds is restricted to construction and/or future expansion of
City parking facilities.
