The Drug Law Enforcement Fund is a special revenue fund required under the
provisions of Act 368 of 1978 to account for the receipt of seizures related to the
enforcement of narcotics laws.
The use of revenues from this fund is restricted by the statute for expenditures
related to the enforcement of these laws.
