The OWI Forfeiture Fund is a special revenue fund required under the
provisions of Act 300 of 1949 to account for the receipt of forfeitures related to
the enforcement of OWI laws.
The use of revenues from this fund is restricted by the statute for expenditures
related to the enforcement of these laws.
