The 2012 LTGO (W/S) Refunding Bond Debt Fund makes annual debt payments
for bonds which were issued to refinance the 1999/2000 water and sewer
revenue bonds as well as the payments due on the 2004 LTGO capital
improvement water and sewer bonds due for fiscal years beginning 2014/15
and later for the purpose of reducing interest costs on future debt payments
due.
