The Corridor Improvement Authority (CIA) is part of the Old Village. CIA
Operating Fund captures taxes from all tax levies other than school related tax
levies, the Detroit Zoo levy, and the Detroit Institute of Arts levy. This capture
will fund operations as defined in the CIA plan adopted by both the CIA board
and the City Commission.
