The Plymouth Housing Commission is responsible for providing quality
housing for eligible individuals aged 62 and over. The Commission operates
the Tonquish Creek Manor, a HUD subsidized senior housing facility designed
for individuals aged 62 and over. While the City appoints its board and
provides oversight, the Commission is financially self-sustaining. It receives
most of its operating funds from HUD programs rather than the City’s general
fund.
