Pay-off for retention upon resignation or retirement will be pro-rated for the
months served since the last anniversary date. If an employee has reached their
anniversary date prior to resignation or retirement, they will receive the full
retention payment earned for that year. To be eligible, the employee must be
leaving voluntarily and have provided at least 2 weeks' written notice in
advance of their last day of work. There will be no payout for an employee that
is terminated.

Additional incentives may include the occasional recognition of achievements,
providing for meals/refreshments at times along with other items to provide an
environment that encourages retention.
Holidays:
Any employee required to work on a recognized holiday will be compensated at straight time for
the holiday and double time for all hours actually worked. Department head/supervisory
employees and exempt employees are not eligible for overtime/double-time.
